In order to prevent fire outbreak as witnessed in Ochanja market, a philanthropist, Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo, donated thousands of fire extinguishers to the Onitsha traders, IgbereTV reports.
Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo who is also a Health, Safety and Environment Expert harped on the need to prepare for emergencies at all time, urged the traders to maintain safety and health rules consistently as it’s the best method to mitigate against disasters
Recall that Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo had previously donated N2m naira to the Ochanja Market Union to help them ameliorate their losses, yet thought it wise to provide safety tools in fire extinguishers in other to prevent future occurrence.
