Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has paid a surprise visit to the governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.

Igbere TV reports that the former president was welcomed to the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House by the Kaduna governor, his deputy, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe and other top government officials.
