Rivers State Governor, Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has approved the immediate appointment of 15 Special Advisers in his government.
A statement sent to Igbere TV on Monday by Simeon Nwakaudu, Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media, listed the appointees as follows;

- Barr. Emma I. Utchay
- Engr Nkem Nwaribe
- Hon. Harvey Azuka Ideozu
- Mr Andy Nwanjoku
- Mr. Austin Sor
- Barr. Otonye Briggs
“The Special Advisers will be sworn in by the Rivers State Governor on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House Port Harcourt by 12noon”, the statement added.
