Enugu State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, on Saturday night, treated former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and his entourage, to a memorable dinner at the Government House, Enugu.
Former President Jonathan is in Enugu for the 10th anniversary celebration and sixth and seventh convocation ceremonies of Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu, which held today at the university’s permanent site, Ugwuomu Nike, where he delivered the Anniversary Lecture.
The dinner witnessed the display of the prestigious Igede dance by Enugu State cultural troupe, which spurred the former President, the governor and other dignitaries including the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief Nnia Nwodo, Chairman, Enugu State Council of Traditional Rulers, HRH, Igwe Amb Lawrence Agubuzu, the Paramount Rulers of Okpume town and Emakalakala town in Bayelsa State, HRH King A. J Turner and HRH King Iboro Adaba respectively, to take to the dance floor.
