IgbereTV reports that, Dr. Joe Abah, the Nigeria Director for Development Alternatives, Incorporated (DAI) – an international global consulting firm headquartered in the USA with offices in the UK and Nigeria, has said that Nigeria Has Lost The Gains It Made In Electoral Reforms from 2010 to 2015, under the leadership of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
The trained barrister and former Head of the Bureau for Public Sector Reform in Nigeria made this known on Twitter.
He wrote:
It is truly sad that all the gains that Nigeria made on electoral reforms, particularly between 2010 and 2015, have now been firmly lost. We are back to electoral violence, intimidation and the snatching of ballot boxes. As an advocate of governance reforms, this breaks my heart.
