Governor Ugwuanyi And Enugu State Fire Service Trend Online (Photos+Video)

IgbereTV reports that the swift response to fire emergencies by the Enugu Fire Service has been attracting wide commendation online, especially on Twitter.

Many have praised Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State and The Enugu State Fire Service for quick and timely response to fire emergencies that occurred recently in the state.

A Twitter user @HovaUmar who shared information about a fire outbreak in a 2-storey building in Enugu. He wrote:

@Special thanks to @fireservice_enu @GovUgwuanyi , a fire disaster that would have degenerated to a devastating conflagration was averted in a six-flat, two-storey building in Enugu. The swift response of @fireservice_enu saved the lives and properties of all the occupants of the building. The fire was contained and killed in just one one room of the affected flat. Kudos @NigeriaGov please help kit these brave firefighters as most of them were even without smoke mask.

Also another Twitter user @CoalCityConnect shared the tweet and wrote:

Men of the Enugu State Fire Service again today controlled what would have been a major inferno.

Immediately alerted, the Fire Servicemen located the 2-storey building located at Ugbene II, around Cornerstone and contained the situation.

Also on 25th October, Friday morning another potential tragedy was quickly averted by the men of the Fire Service.

@CoalCityConnect shared the news:

Breaking: Dis morning a tanker fully loaded with 33,000 litres of PMS fell along Ugwu Onyeama by Enugu-Onitsha Expressway. The Enugu State Fire Service, led by its Chief Fire Officer, are currently at the scene dampening the truck to avert explosion.

Since this news hit Twitter, a lot of Twitter users have showered praises on Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on the efficiency of the Enugu State Fire Service.

Recall that on 23rd October, Enugu State Government issued a directive to the Enugu Fire Service to get ready for fire emergencies as the dry season approaches.
