Russia Government Plan To Establish Nuclear Power Plant In Nigeria

IgbereTV reports that during the Russia-Africa Economic Forum, Yesterday at, Russia, President Buhari’s and Russia President, Vladimir Putin, discussed on Russia’s plan to establish a nuclear power plant in Nigeria. President Putin said next step should be commencement of construction.
