On Saturday the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation mega station in the Asa Dam area of Ilorin, the Kwara State capital was attacked by some armed robbers, Igberetv reports.
While the robbers were attacking the fuel station, they beheaded a police sergeant and a security man on duty.
The armed robbers launched the attack when station closed work for the day.
Since the attack, the NNPC mega station had been under lock and key throughout Sunday.
The case is currently being investigated by the Kwara Police Command.
