Barely 24 hours after a building collapsed in Orisha community of Magodo, another building has also caved in at Rademo Street, behind Recreation Center in Ita Elewa community of Ikorodu.
No life was lost after the building which was constructed with mud bricks and have been distressed over time with visible cracks, collapsed.
The General Manager of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) who confirmed the incident, said the building collapsed as a result of the heavy rain witnessed today.
He also told journalists that there will be a full implementation of existing laws to avert similar cases in the state.
