Chairman, Senate Committee on Aviation and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator, Mr Dino Melaye has lost his bid to regain his seat at the Appeal Court.
This comes as the Appeal Court on Friday, Oct. 11, affirmed the decision of the Election Petitions Tribunal sacking Melaye as senator representing Kogi West.
The court ordered the conduct of a fresh election in the zone, in which Mr Smart Adeyemi of the APC was challenging Melaye’s emergence in the 2019 polls.
