Boko Haram terrorists have reportedly set ablaze Emir of Jajere’s palace in Yobe State, North East Nigeria.
According to reports, the rampaging insurgents had earlier attacked Babbangida, headquarters of Tarmuwa LGA, before attacking the palace in a convoy of gun trucks.
Normalcy is said to have, however, returned in the town after the late afternoon assault.
Babbangida had previously suffered similar violent attacks carried out by the Boko Haram insurgents.
The town is about 53km from Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.
