The suspended Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, has forfeited some of her assets to the federal government.
This comes as a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, ordered her to permanently forfeit some monetary assets linked to her.
Justice Folashade Ogunbanjo-Giwa gave the order at the resumption of her corruption trial on Friday.
The embattled head of civil service had been accused of being involved in a N3billion alleged contract scam.
President Muhammadu Buhari suspended her last week after she was rumoured to be considering to voluntarily retire from service.
The suspension, according to the president, was to allow for proper investigation of the allegations against her by the EFFC.
