Former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has revealed that whoever secures the endorsement of former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, ahead of a presidential election, always wins.
Fani-Kayode, in a tweet on Friday, went as far back as 1999 to prove his stance.

According to him, former leaders like Musa Yar’Adua, Goodluck Jonathan and even the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari, came into power because Obasanjo took sides with them.
“OBJ endorsed himself in 1999: he won.
“OBJ endorsed himself in 2003: he won.
“OBJ endorsed Yar’Adua in 2007: he won.
“OBJ endorsed GEJ in 2011: he won.
“OBJ endorsed Buhari in 2015: he won.
“OBJ has endorsed Atiku in 2019: he will win,” he wrote.
Obasanjo, on Thursday, endorsed his former deputy, Atiku Abubakar, who is running for the 2019 presidency on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
