Abiola Tried To Bribe Me And This Happened. - Omoyele Sowore

Presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore was on Monday, 25th of June, 2018 paid a visit to Wazobia FM in Victoria Island, Lagos. The young and visionary leader who has shown an interest to involve in the next Presidential election, has sent electric wave to the present government of Nigeria and springs up discussions amidst the elite, second-rate and youths of the country.

The former Students Union President, (SUG) of University of Lagos State spoke with dauntlessness and braveness as he narrates how he first met the clearly winner of June 12 election, Moshood Abiola. The interactive session between him and the presenter galvanized the atmosphere of the radio station and cut-down the pressures of millions of his followers on him being corrupt if he finally becomes the next President of Nigeria.

Most of the citizens of Nigeria are surfeited and have lost interest in the current state of the country due to massive corruptions that has eaten deep in the system. Omoyele Sowore made mention on how he repudiated Eight hundred thousands Naira as an advancement for him on visiting Abiola in 1993.

“When I arrived at his residence, I saw prominent politicians wanting to see him also, on citing me, he ordered his security men to let me in. I met with Abiola and he gave me Eight hundred thousand naira just to shut up. I told him I’m not here for that as I will never keep quiet until the people’s will is done. He then draws me closer and said he is sorry that people have been coming to get money from him and that is the reason he is offering me same” he said.

The publisher of the renowned Sahara Reporters whom had stir the atmosphere in the last few weeks by pulling massive crowds to him just because some youths believes he is young, visionary and credible to be the next President of Nigeria. Sowore made mention on how the amalgamation has destroyed the country. “Today let us not be decieved, we are working against what should be done to resolve the problem of Nigeria. No amount of coalition can unite this country. Is Nigeria unity not negotiable? We are suppose to sit and negotiate for the progress of this country.”

He further said “What Americans does is just to come to your country, gain your trust, consume your goods and wealth and destroy it beyond repair.” He concluded.
