Key leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are set to announce their membership of the Social Democratic Party tonight.
According to findings by our correspondent , the declaration will take place at the Ladi Kwali hall tonight in Abuja.
