The leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, hereby commands that further attacks on Ifeanyi Ubah (Chief Executive Officer of Capitol Oil Limited), on account of his assault on our mothers in Enugu, during the “Across The Niger Handshake” be discontinued forthwith.
By the Principle of Command and Control of the IPOB, the leadership hereby directs that we leave him alone and concentrate in our struggle for the unfettered restoration of Biafra, having clearly made our points, as he has also duly apologised for his behavior. We commend resolute, hardcore Biafrans for answering the call to defend the honour and dignity of our mothers.
