The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC) the Director of Radio Biafra / Biafra TV and order defendants with him are indeed formidable and resolute. The course of the restoration of the blessed nation of Biafra is a divine course that no groups of elements can be able to stop the movement to freedom of her people. The court doing the needful by striking and quashing irrelevant charges leveled against the children of light is quit laughable in the sense that no evidence to back the useless allegation by the illegal organization known as DSS.

Below are the detailed analyses on what transpired on Wednesday 1st 2017 at the federal high court Abuja Nigeria.

The presiding judge justice Binta Fatima Nyako of the federal high court struck out six (6) out of 11 counts. It very interesting to understandstand the charges that were struck out and orders left. As one can decode, the Federal Government charged the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Citizen Nnamdi kanu (POC) and orders accused persons with the following charges.

(1) The Act of Terrorism(conspiracy to commit Treason)

(2) Treasonable Felony

(3) Managing (belonging to) an unlawful society

(4) Publication of defamatory matter(calling President Buhari a“Pedophile, a terrorist, an idiot and an embodiment of evil”

(5) Illegal possession of Firearms and improper importation of goods without declaring them to the customs

(6) Hosting a Transmitter on a Mast etc.

Nevertheless, ruling on the application by Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (POC) and order accused persons on March 1, 2017, Binta said some of the counts “Cannot Stand”. That is victory for the IPOB worldwide.

The struck out charged contained in counts 3, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11 that relates with the management of unlawful society (organization), intention to manufacture improvised explosive Devices Planned to be used against the federal government of Nigerian Security agents and alleged improper importation of a radio transmitter.

Binta Nyako ruled that the allegation in count 3 relating to the“management of unlawful society punishable under section 63 of the criminal code Act (CCA) “Could not be substantiated by proof of evidence.

The presiding justice Binta ruled that the proof of evidence failed to show that IPOB is unlawful society.

This is a blow to the illegal organization known as Department of State Security (DSS). Actually no evidence to back their useless claims. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are seven (7) steps ahead of the evil contraption called Nigeria. In continuation. Binta said the prosecution failed to show that the organization (Society) IPOB (Radio Biafra) has been proscribed is not register either in evil contraption called Nigeria and London in the United Kingdom. There is absolute no proof to that garbage from the illegal organization known as DSS.

Binta also said that the alleged,: improper importation of good contrary to section 47 (1) (a) of the customs and excise management Act” leveled against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Citizen Nnamdi Kanu in count 5 did not disclose the elements of the alleged offences bordering on the importation of a Radio Transmitted Known as TRAM 50L.

The Judge also ruled that the allegation in count 7 accusing Mazi Madubugwu of “Managing an unlawful society punishable under section 63 of the Criminal Code Act” by accepting and keeping a container housing the radio transmitter which he alleged knew was to be used for Radio Biafra, also did not disclose any element of the alleged crime. According to the judge, count 9, this accused Onwudiwe and Nwawuisi of “Conspiracy to commit treasonable felony contrary to section 516 of the Criminal Code Act” also does not disclose the elements of the alleged crime.

We can go on and on in analyzing the garbage been brought out by the illegal organization and gangsters known as Department of State Security(DSS) against the leader of the global families of IPOB and the Commander of the Royal Armies of Biafra with order accused activist.

In the debunking the garbage by the illegal organization known as Dss leveled against the IPOB leader. IPOB is officially known in the contraption called Nigeria on Wednesday 1, 2017 not an unlawfully society (Nation) confirmed by the Federal High Court.

The question the masses are asking the federal government of Nigeria what Next after been defeated by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)? The five remaining charges cannot hold water because the illegal Dss has no evidence and proof to back their alleged claims. In conclusion of the matter, the case was further adjourned to t March 20 -21, 2017 for trail.

Freedom is our goal that the restoration of blessed nation of Biafra is sacrosanct. Hopefully waiting for justice from ECOWAS court case come 7th of March 2017.
