Biafra: Very Disturbing Development in Court Today (MUST READ)

BIAFRA: [COURT UPDATE]: FROM JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO TO JUSTICE KAFARATI ABDULLAHI; A DISTURBING TREND

Hopefully; Justice Binta Nyako is not running away because nobody has started to chase her, this is a deliberate move to ferment one issue or another. Suddenly; accused persons that have been jointly tried for over a year now are separated and matter assigned to different Judge without prior information. Whatsoever Buhari is cooking; justice will dispense and we must see it coming.

The new trial Judge is to handle the trial of a co-defendant David Nwawusi in a separate Court room; this is buttressing every report citing the undue interferences of the Executive which handicaps the Judiciary. The decision to divide the defendants who were jointly arrested and charged calls for concern because of the insincerity of the Federal Government.

David Nwawusi was outspoken in the last Court hearing where he kept shouting that he is not a Nigerian but a Biafran. His position was later carried by mainstream media after it went viral on the internet; the decision to differently try him remains suspicious as one ruling will affect the entire defendants.

The separation is uncalled for and the appointment of or reassignment of another trial Judge is disturbing because it came so sudden. Questions will start to come up why the Judiciary is perambulating and unstable. The trial of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra has caused more harm than good to the Nigerian State and yet the Government would not spare the disgraced State.

Only when the executive allow the Judiciary to freely try the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra; the Court will keep perambulating and the Nigerian Judiciary exposed to one disgrace or another.
